Return Policy
Order of return and exchange of goods
Important Note
When receiving the product, check its integrity in the presence of the courier.
1. Right to return
In accordance with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On protection of consumer rights', the buyer has the right to return or exchange a product of proper quality within 10 days.
2. Return conditions
The product is accepted for return if:
- The product has not been used;
- The product appearance and packaging are preserved;
- There is a purchase receipt or document confirming payment.
3. Non-returnable products
The following items are not returnable (unless defective):
- Personal hygiene products;
- Medical supplies and medicines;
- Perfumes and cosmetics.
4. Defective products
If a factory defect is found, the product is repaired free of charge under warranty or replaced with a new one.
5. Refund
After the product is returned, the payment amount will be refunded within 3 working days.
