General Provisions
1.1. Legal status of the agreement: This Public Offer (hereinafter — "Agreement") is an official proposal in accordance with Article 367 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Agreement defines the terms of remote sale and purchase between the "HADAF" trademark (hereinafter — "Seller"), located in Termez city, Surkhandarya region, and physical or legal entities (hereinafter — "Buyer") using the Marketplace services.
1.2. Applicable legislation: The Agreement is drawn up based on the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On electronic commerce", "On protection of consumer rights", "On informatization" and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of retail trade rules in the Republic of Uzbekistan".
1.3. Acceptance (Consent): Registration of the Buyer on the Marketplace, entry of personal data, placing an order or making a payment — is a full and unconditional acceptance (Acceptance) of the terms of this Agreement. After making the Acceptance, the Agreement is equivalent to a contract concluded in writing.
1.4. Scope of the agreement:
This Agreement applies to all goods and services presented on the HADAF.uz website and in its mobile applications. The Buyer is obliged to familiarize themselves with the version of the Agreement before making a purchase. The Seller may change the conditions at any time unilaterally.

Terms and Definitions
Marketplace
An information system functioning through the HADAF.uz domain and mobile applications, containing a catalog of Goods and organizing electronic transactions between the Seller and the Buyer.
Buyer
A capable individual or legal entity ordering Goods through the Marketplace for personal, family or other purposes not related to business activities.
Product
Any material thing or complex of goods presented by the Seller for sale on the Marketplace, indicating description, photo and price.
Logistics Operator
A professional courier or transport organization receiving the Product from the Seller's warehouse and delivering it to the Buyer at the specified address.
Personal Cabinet
The Buyer's personal page on the Marketplace designed to manage identification data, order history and payment statuses.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property Rights
3.1. Links and Content: All intellectual property objects placed on the Marketplace, including texts, graphic images, illustrations, video clips, logos, trademarks, and software, are the exclusive property of "HADAF".
3.2. Unauthorized use: It is strictly forbidden to copy, publish, modify or place on other internet resources any information from the Marketplace without the official written consent of the Seller.
3.3. Technical restrictions: Accessing the Marketplace system using automated tools (bots, scrapers, parsers) and data collection is considered a violation of system security.
In case of violation of rights, the Seller reserves the right to judicially recover the damages incurred based on the Civil and Administrative liability codes of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.1. Pricing policy: Product prices on the Marketplace are set in the national currency (sum). The indicated prices include VAT and other mandatory payments.
4.2. Payment systems: The Buyer can pay for the order through online payment systems integrated into the Marketplace (Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click) or upon receipt of the product (cash or terminal).
4.3. Financial security: When making online payments, card data is transmitted through encrypted TLS 1.2 channels. HADAF does not store bank card data on its servers.
4.4. Refund policy: When an order is canceled or a product is returned, funds are returned to the Buyer's bank card within 3 to 10 working days.

5.1. Logistics center: The HADAF center is located in Termez city, Surkhandarya region. Within Termez city, products are delivered within 2-6 hours.
5.2. Geography and Terms: Delivery to Tashkent city and regional centers is guaranteed within 24-48 hours, to remote areas — within 72-120 hours.
5.3. Buyer's obligation: Upon acceptance of the product, the Buyer must check in the presence of the courier: product name, quantity, and appearance.
5.4. Courier waiting: After arriving at the address, the courier must wait for the Buyer for 15 minutes.
Important note:
After signing the documents for the transfer and acceptance of the product, claims regarding mechanical damage or integrity are not accepted.

List of non-returnable products (VM-75):
According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 75, the following products of proper quality are not subject to return:
6.1. Return of quality product: The Buyer can return the product within 10 calendar days (if not used and packaging is intact).
6.2. Low-quality (defective) product: Based on a specialist's conclusion, it is repaired free of charge or replaced with a similar quality product.
6.3. Transport cost: The costs of returning defective products are borne by the Seller.

7.1. Legal basis: Personal data is processed based on the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
7.2. Data composition: Full name, phone number, address, cookies, and transaction history are collected.
7.3. Purpose: The data serves for order delivery, customer communication, and improving service quality.
7.4. Security: Data is protected from third parties using AES-256 bit encryption and TLS 1.2 protocols.
7.5. Third parties: Data is provided only to courier and payment systems for service provision.
7.6. Deletion: The Buyer has the right to demand the deletion of their personal data from the Platform database at any time.
International Security Standard
All personal data and inter-server communications are protected by an international bank-level AES-256 encryption protocol.
Liability of the Parties

8.1. Seller's responsibility: Responsible for the accuracy of description and compliance with terms. Except for Force Majeure situations.
8.2. Buyer's responsibility: In case of delay or impossibility of delivery due to an incorrect address, all material damages are borne by the Buyer.
8.3. Technical failures: The Seller is not responsible for temporary technical interruptions of the Platform.

9.1. Claim procedure:
Disputes are primarily resolved in a mandatory manner through a written claim (15 working days).
9.2. Judicial competence: In the absence of an agreement, the dispute is considered in the competent court of Termez city.
9.3. Additional rule: The Seller reserves the right not to recognize decisions of foreign courts if they contradict the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
